This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and manage various WordPress websites.
• Ensure that all product listings, pricing, and content are precise, up-to-date, and uniform.
• Upload, organize, and revise product information for clarity and ease of use.
• Enhance product and catalogue pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Maintain a catalogue-style showcase for products related to industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to refine, localize, and upload product content.
• Monitor website performance and identify issues related to user experience, content, or functionality.
• Ensure consistent branding, layout, and user experience across all websites.
• Oversee CRM activities, including contact updates, segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
• Maintain and expand email lists with appropriate segmentation and tagging.
• Track campaign performance and assist in reporting and insights.
• Support lead generation and nurturing efforts.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms.
• Maintain a regular posting schedule in line with marketing goals.
• Create simple, engaging content that aligns with product offerings and brand messaging.
• Monitor engagement and facilitate basic community interaction as needed.
• Develop basic marketing materials such as banners, website visuals, and email graphics.
• Utilize design tools and/or AI-assisted tools for efficient content production.
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines.
• Support updates across web, email, and social media channels.
• Assist with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal or external partners managing paid media efforts.
• Help update creatives, adjust campaigns, and perform basic performance tracking.
• Demonstrated experience in managing WordPress websites.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding product listings, pricing, and structured content.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, metadata, and content structure.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Capability to manage multiple websites and priorities at once.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
• Experience in industries such as industrial, construction, infrastructure, or B2B product-based sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation practices.
• Basic understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in creating digital assets using design tools or AI-assisted platforms.
• Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
