Digital Marketing Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Deliver course content in accordance with the established curriculum.

• Create and update course materials to incorporate the latest trends and best practices.

• Conduct presentations at colleges in Mumbai to inform potential students about the curriculum provided by OraDMT and the career opportunities available after course enrollment.

• Innovate and enhance teaching methods and processes based on previous classroom experiences.

• Continuously upgrade personal knowledge across all courses offered by OraDMT, including Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, Website Development, etc.

• Customize and deliver course materials to both individuals and groups, tailoring the content to their existing understanding of the subject matter.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of practical experience in providing hands-on digital skills training.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate practical applications of digital concepts effectively.

• Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering course material confidently for sessions lasting between 2 to 4 hours.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication.

• Punctual and disciplined, ensuring all training sessions start and end on time while fully addressing the topics presented.

• Patient and empathetic toward trainees, recognizing their varying abilities to grasp new concepts.

• A collaborative team player who embraces the philosophy of 'train and be trained simultaneously.'

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for teaching, particularly in the Digital Marketing field.

• SEO expertise is a plus.
