• Accurately and efficiently process invoices.
• Execute bookkeeping responsibilities utilizing Xero, which includes reconciling transactions and maintaining records.
• Offer general administrative assistance throughout the organization.
• Keep digital records and documentation well-organized.
• Develop and schedule social media content across various platforms.

• Assess and recommend CRM solutions that complement the current Ultratune POS system (SM4W).
• Assist in the setup and continuous management of customer databases and communication systems.
• Proficient experience in Xero bookkeeping and financial administration.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in creating social media content and managing marketing campaigns.
• Willingness to learn and implement new software, AI tools, and automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in CRM implementation or management.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience with AI-driven productivity or workflow tools.
