This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.
• Lead and implement Esprow’s digital marketing strategies across various communication channels, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with the overarching marketing objectives.
• Create and manage marketing content, which includes website materials, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and technical articles.
• Strategize and carry out branding, SEO, content marketing, webinar initiatives, and extensive digital campaign activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for website development, branding, and other digital marketing projects.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to effectively communicate Esprow’s product features and unique selling points.
• Enhance the company's online presence by ensuring consistent messaging and improving communication quality across all channels.
• Prepare marketing and event materials, including sales collateral, conference resources, webinar content, and technical presentations.
• Assist with technical marketing initiatives related to APIs, FIX Protocol, automated testing, certification, and capital markets technologies.
• Utilize web analytics and marketing tools to monitor campaign performance and facilitate ongoing optimization of marketing efforts.
• Keep abreast of trends in digital marketing, financial technology, and communication strategies in enterprise software.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing within a technology or software organization.
• Proven experience with enterprise technology products or sophisticated software solutions.
• Knowledge of technologies and domains such as API Lifecycle Management, automated API testing, FIX Protocol, trading platforms, exchange connectivity, middleware messaging technologies, and capital markets infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to comprehend and convey technical concepts in a clear and professional way.
• Familiarity with website content management, SEO, email marketing, webinars, social media, and content marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Capability to work independently and proactively within a distributed international team setting.
