πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, implement, and oversee paid digital campaigns across search and social media platforms for a prominent fintech and cryptocurrency organization.

β€’ Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create innovative concepts, enhance customer acquisition, and consistently improve return on investment (ROI).

β€’ Plan, execute, and fine-tune Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns across PPC platforms, concentrating on acquisition efficiency and maximizing return on ad spend.

β€’ Oversee and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including those on Facebook and Instagram, to broaden reach, attract qualified traffic, and support broader paid media objectives across social channels.

β€’ Track essential performance metrics β€” click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROAS β€” making real-time adjustments to campaigns to maintain performance and optimize budgets.

β€’ Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, discover growth opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable enhancements to marketing strategies.

β€’ Work closely with the design team and cross-functional marketing groups to brainstorm and create engaging creative concepts, ad copy, and assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

β€’ Conduct continuous keyword research, consumer trend analysis, and competitor brand monitoring to stay ahead of market dynamics and ensure campaigns remain relevant and competitive.

β€’ Keep fully informed about the latest developments in PPC strategies, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices, proactively bringing new ideas and methods to the team.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media, with a proven history of managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

β€’ Expertise in Google Ads, covering Search and Performance Max campaign types, along with Google Analytics for performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization.

β€’ Proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, from setup and targeting to creative testing and performance enhancement.

β€’ Strong grasp of SEM techniques, PPC best practices, and paid media fundamentals across search and social media platforms.

β€’ Experience in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis on Google and Bing.

β€’ Outstanding analytical and research capabilities β€” comfortable working with campaign data, identifying trends, and making confident, data-driven decisions.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English β€” able to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams and present performance insights clearly to stakeholders.

β€’ Keen attention to detail and robust organizational skills β€” able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or focus.

β€’ Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

β€’ Bonus: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.

β€’ Bonus: experience managing paid media in regulated sectors such as fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.

β€’ Bonus: familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

β€’ Bonus: foundational knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the operation of crypto platforms.

β€’ To qualify for this position, you must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
