Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Upload videos and graphics, maintain the account's current status, and oversee reviews.

• Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

• Ensure that branding remains consistent across all accounts and channels.

• Create events or promotions to enhance customer engagement.

• Manage the contact database and support lead generation efforts.

• Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to establish strategic partnerships.

• Set up accounts, communicate with affiliates, and manage payouts for affiliate partners.

• Monitor KPIs, adjust bids or budgets, and assess keyword performance.

• Collect information on the brand's audience profiles and collaborate with internal teams to develop a content strategy.

• Create progress reports and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Conduct research on trends, promotional strategies used by competitors, and gather competitive marketing insights.

• Implement SEO strategies and perform keyword research.

• Carry out general administrative duties.

• Utilize tweak builders to refine content.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field or a professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.

• 2+ years of experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.

• Demonstrated experience in content writing or copywriting.

• Familiarity with content management systems.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design.

• Experience or proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.

• Must be able to work during graveyard shifts.
