This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance paid media campaigns, primarily utilizing LinkedIn and Google 360, to boost lead generation and elevate brand visibility.

• Serve as the in-house expert for paid media, delivering performance insights and pinpointing areas for enhancement and innovation.

• Assist in the strategy and execution of website initiatives, managing updates, enhancements, and new developments alongside senior stakeholders.

• Take ownership of marketing automation via HubSpot, encompassing workflows, email nurturing campaigns, and lead scoring systems.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the offshore website support team, ensuring prompt and precise delivery.

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to effectively implement demand generation campaigns.

• Create and sustain a monthly content plan that aligns with campaign priorities and business objectives.

• Convert business objectives into specific content themes across various brands.

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.

• Perform keyword research to uncover content opportunities and assess search demand.

• Optimize content according to SEO best practices, including metadata, structure, and internal linking.

• Create and manage email campaigns within marketing automation systems like HubSpot and Bullhorn.

• Execute and oversee digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal performance outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, with a significant emphasis on paid media and campaign optimization.

• Practical experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google 360.

• Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar platforms) for workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.

• Experience in supporting website updates, builds, or optimizations.

• Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research and content optimization.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-volume environments.
