This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across paid search (Google Ads), LinkedIn, programmatic display, and email marketing.
• Monitor, assess, and report on campaign effectiveness utilizing Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation tools; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee and continuously refine Sitero's SEO/GEO/SEM strategy, which includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy aimed at clinical trial professionals, sponsors, and CROs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to execute email marketing initiatives.
• Jointly develop content strategy for Sitero's website, blog, and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn), focused on audiences in clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and life sciences technology.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to synchronize marketing efforts with pipeline objectives and bolster account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Organize digital presence at industry events and webinars, including SCOPE, DIA, and PharmaTech conferences — overseeing pre- and post-event digital campaigns.
• Support content strategy and manage content distribution to facilitate lead generation and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to the clinical research, SaaS, and life sciences industries.
• Take ownership of monthly reporting and data analysis.
• Manage and optimize marketing expenditure across digital channels, ensuring a strong return on investment.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B context; experience in life sciences, healthcare IT, or CRO/eClinical is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms (SendGrid, Apollo.io, or similar) and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing within a technical/scientific framework.
• Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent command of written English — you will be creating content and copy for a global, English-speaking audience of clinical trial professionals.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy issues pertinent to digital marketing in the EU.
• Self-driven and exceptionally organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns independently in a remote-first setting.
• Experience in marketing SaaS products or technology solutions to enterprise clients is a significant advantage.
