This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of social media content using platforms such as Later or Buffer.
• Design and distribute email newsletters utilizing Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar services.
• Keep organized content calendars for client accounts, encompassing social media, email, and events.
• Manage and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns for Google and Meta Ads.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns and compile insights in Google Sheets.
• Create simple branded graphics (social media posts, banners, headers) using Canva.
• Provide support for minor website edits through Squarespace or other CMS platforms.
• Write and revise content for the agency, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and email updates.
• Aid in event logistics and internal promotional activities.
• Engage in the creation of agency video content, including scripting and coordination.
• Maintain organization of Google Drive, files, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for easy access.
• Facilitate internal communications through Slack and project updates.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English (American style/tone).
• Strong writing abilities for crafting captions, newsletters, and blog entries.
• Skilled in using Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Planoly.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Canva for creating visuals; knowledge of CapCut or other video editing tools is a plus.
• Experience with Squarespace or making light CMS edits.
• Bonus: Experience managing Meta or Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and contemporary digital marketing trends.
• Experience utilizing ChatGPT for brainstorming, drafting, or outlining is an added advantage.
