Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement PPC and SEO strategies that align with business objectives and lead generation targets.

• Plan, initiate, manage, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and social media channels.

• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and monitor search trends to uncover opportunities for growth.

• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts, including content optimization, site structure, indexing, and link-building strategies.

• Assist with website redesign and optimization initiatives, focusing on user experience improvements, content updates, and performance enhancements.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content team members to ensure the implementation of SEO and conversion best practices across all digital assets.

• Plan, develop, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional efforts, and lead nurturing sequences.

• Track and enhance email marketing performance through segmentation, testing, and conversion optimization tactics.

• Analyze campaign and website performance data to derive actionable insights aimed at improving ROI, conversions, and engagement.

• Aid in the creation and optimization of high-performance landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys.

• Conduct A/B testing across advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns to enhance marketing effectiveness.

• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring efficient allocation of marketing resources.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, algorithm updates, and new best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with substantial hands-on expertise in PPC and SEO.

• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and enhancing organic search performance.

• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Experience in managing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.

• Strong grasp of keyword strategy, bidding models, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization principles.

• Knowledge of technical SEO, including site structure, indexing, page speed optimization, and crawlability.

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify, along with a basic understanding of UX and conversion optimization principles.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Outstanding communication, organization, and project management abilities.

• Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance-driven campaigns focused on ROI and growth.

• Prior experience working with international or remote teams is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is preferred, but not required.
