This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Create, develop, test, and launch email campaigns utilizing the organization's Email Service Provider (ESP).
• Verify that email templates, designs, copy, links, UTMs, and personalization operate correctly across various devices.
• Manage email lists, segments, and automations in accordance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Assist in the setup, testing, and monitoring of automated customer journeys, including welcome, nurture, and reactivation flows.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide consistent reporting.
• Generate social media content calendars and strategize for different platforms.
• Organize and publish content across Come and See's social media channels.
• Oversee and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and tags; escalate prayer requests, donor concerns, or sensitive topics as needed.
• Support cross-channel campaigns involving email, web, app, and social media.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to align app messaging.
• Prepare and format copy, images, links, and UTMs for app campaigns.
• Quality assure app push notifications and in-app messages.
• Work with fundraising, creative, and campaign teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Gather and organize creative assets for campaign execution.
• Manage assigned tasks in Asana, ensuring they are up-to-date and deadlines are met.
• Handle supporter data with confidentiality and in line with security standards.
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creative elements, links, and send times.
• Ensure content is accessible and optimized for mobile devices.
• Enhance templates, workflows, and UTM tracking methodologies in collaboration with campaign leads and creative teams.
• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, social media publishing, or executing digital campaigns.
• Practical experience with at least one major ESP (e.g., Virtuous, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for editing email templates.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or comparable platforms).
• Experience in creating and managing UTM codes for effective campaign tracking.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, mission-driven, and enthusiastic about growing within digital ministry.
• Capability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity sufficient for handling detailed information on a computer screen.
• Ability to focus and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Competence to engage in video conferences and virtual meetings.
• Ability to represent the organization's Christian beliefs and culture.
• Capacity to exemplify and represent Jesus in personal conduct and behavior.
