This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager
• Oversee Asana boards, manage task assignments, track deadlines, and provide status updates for digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct regular status meetings and identify any risks or delays
• Create and schedule HubSpot email campaigns, including template design, content editing, segmentation, and scheduling
• Write social media copy and visuals adhering to the established brand voice
• Compose blog articles and basic website content based on provided briefs
• Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as presentations and one-pagers
• Develop and manage HubSpot workflows, lists, and contact segmentation
• Ensure the quality of CRM data, maintain contact hygiene, manage associations, lists, and resolve duplicates
• Set up HubSpot events and campaigns, including UTMs, contact associations, and follow-up workflows
• Analyze reports and dashboards, identify problems, and propose solutions
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Monitor social media channels, escalate comments and messages, and track engagement metrics
• Research and curate social content in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinate with external digital marketing contractors, managing timelines and deliverables via Asana
• Facilitate the routing of creative briefs, review requests, and approvals among stakeholders and contractors
• Compile recurring performance reports across email, social media, paid, organic, and website traffic using Google Analytics and native dashboards
• Track baseline KPIs across various digital channels
• Maintain digital marketing assets using SharePoint
• Assist in the upkeep of marketing SOPs and process documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar coordination role
• Practical knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including email creation, forms, lists, workflow support, and reporting
• Proficiency in WordPress with Elementor and Squarespace
• Familiarity with social media management, scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite, and social media algorithms
• Proficient in Asana or a similar project management tool
• Strong writing skills for emails, social media copy, and blog/website content that requires light editing
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Preferred: experience in building and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows, automation logic, and list segmentation
• Preferred: experience in HubSpot CRM data management, including imports, deduplication, and property configuration
• Preferred: experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and collaborative file management
• Preferred: experience in marketing within an agency, healthcare, mission-driven organizations, or nonprofits
• Preferred: experience working with Indigenous, Tribal, or Native American communities
