This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the management of inbound leads, nurturing them for improved conversion rates through digital channels, particularly via retargeting and drip email campaigns.

• Design and implement social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, and Reddit for various business and product lines.

• Concentrate on establishing successful campaigns with precise targeting and optimization to meet monthly signup and lead generation goals for each product line across different regions.

• Extract valuable insights from campaign data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing campaign ROI, focusing on key metrics like CPL, CTR, and Form Fills.

• Oversee third-party listings and the company profile across business directories.

• Administer Agile CRM for campaign management and lead tracking.

• Collaborate with team members on digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, webpage development, and short-form content creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.

• Proficient understanding of digital paid media strategies, including Google Search & Display, as well as Paid Social on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

• Familiarity with Quora and Reddit is considered an advantage.

• Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and SEM.

• Knowledge of analytics tools and the capability to establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to capture essential metrics.

• Comfortable with web design and WordPress.

• Having a personal blog or website is a significant plus.
