This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of the client's Property website, including platform selection, site structure, content creation, and ongoing maintenance.

• Create and manage social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Ensure that branding and messaging remain consistent across all digital platforms.

• Identify and source leads from platforms like Property Guru.

• Recognize potential property opportunities, as well as owners and agents.

• Establish and maintain a well-organized lead database.

• Assist in outbound targeting strategies within the Christchurch market.

• Design and implement monthly email campaigns aimed at Christchurch-based agents.

• Generate compelling content that reflects market activity and opportunities.

• Manage email lists and assess campaign performance.

• Plan and execute regular content for social media channels.

• Share insights on properties, listings, and market updates.

• Align content strategies with lead generation and brand-building objectives.

• Keep website content up to date, including listings, blogs, and insights.

• Ensure the website is optimized for lead capture and offers a positive user experience.

• Assist with basic SEO initiatives.

• Monitor the Christchurch property market, including both residential and commercial sectors.

• Provide regular updates on market trends, pricing changes, and investment opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience in the New Zealand property industry, including real estate, property management, development, or investment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand property platforms, such as Property Guru.

• Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management.

• Capability to build and manage a website using platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or other similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email campaigns and content development.

• Highly organized and capable of working independently.

• Experience in the Christchurch property market is preferred.

• Familiarity with commercial property is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics is preferred.

• Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools is preferred.
