Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assisting in tracking deliverables and providing status updates.

• This involves utilizing Brafton’s Atlas PM platform and client-facing CMP, along with Google/Sharepoint spreadsheets, and other project management platforms (such as Asana, Wrike, HIVE, Jira, etc.).

• Setting up projects and managing dates for client scopes of work within Brafton’s Atlas PM platform.

• Conducting basic quality assurance and asset reviews during various production phases.

• Providing support for large project updates in Brafton’s Atlas PM platform related to monthly resource planning.

• Participating in internal meetings (such as scrums) as an integrated Brafton stakeholder.

• Assisting with any follow-up actions from these meetings.

• Offering ad hoc project management support, which may include tasks such as language translations for copy using AI tools, entering copy for client publishing, and creating process documentation based on meeting/stakeholder notes.

• Researching and developing the use of AI tools to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Strong understanding of standard project management processes and production coordination/facilitation.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Effective and clear communication skills; fluent in English.

• Meticulous record-keeping practices.

• Awareness and adherence to both internal and external timelines.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with various project management software/platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong time management skills and the capacity to multitask.

• Experience in quality assurance and asset reviews.

• Eagerness to acquire new skills/software and adapt to changes.

• Ability to work independently (desk-based, available during standard local business hours).

• Proficiency with AI tools is an advantage.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (remote experience preferred).
