This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Partner with the director and business stakeholders to create paid digital marketing strategies that align with and support the core objectives of individual business lines.

• Enhance program participant growth by developing and executing strategic paid search, display, and paid social media advertising, along with marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.

• Continuously monitor and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, marketing funnels, and lead generation outcomes.

• Deliver reporting and analysis to stakeholders to inform the paid digital marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on lead, application, and participant growth.

• Manage daily interactions with third-party digital marketing vendors and agencies.

• Collaborate with the marketing automation manager to create and refine lead scoring models.

• Work alongside the web team and business stakeholders to design and integrate content marketing strategies that utilize both new and existing assets, including blogs, social media, web content, and other user-generated materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or its international equivalent is required, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or a comparable field.

• International travel and/or study abroad experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in producing marketing campaigns using Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools), Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter is essential.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, DOMO, and Power BI is preferred but not necessary.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with SEO/SEM is beneficial.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.

• Strong skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
