This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee multiple client advertising accounts on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strategize, initiate, supervise, and enhance lead-generation campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint the most impactful optimization opportunities
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budget constraints, target audience, and funnel performance
• Administer campaign structure, targeting, bidding, testing, and optimization efforts
• Author or guide the creation of ad copy, campaign concepts, and landing page suggestions
• Provide briefs to designers or creative teams regarding necessary campaign materials
• Utilize data to articulate what is effective, what requires enhancement, and the subsequent steps to take
• Assist in lead-generation strategies for both home services and B2B client accounts
• Ensure precise tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and associated platforms
• Track conversion performance, attribution, and the quality of the sales funnel
• Aid in reporting, dashboards, and campaign evaluations
• Recognize drop-offs, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to boost: Research, Campaign planning, Analysis, Productivity
• Deliver clear performance updates, recommendations, and actionable next steps
• Independently manage priorities across various accounts
• Maintain professional communication with internal team members and, when necessary, clients
• 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Demonstrated experience in managing lead-generation campaigns (beyond eCommerce or brand awareness campaigns)
• Experience collaborating with service-oriented businesses, preferably in home services or B2B sectors
• Solid grasp of: Paid media strategy, Campaign structure, Tracking and attribution, Testing and optimization
• Good knowledge of SEO, especially regarding: Landing pages, Site structure, AI search evolution
• Strong proficiency in: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Tracking and conversion setup, CRM systems like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Experience working remotely and autonomously
• Capability to manage multiple accounts concurrently without intensive supervision
