This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee various client advertising accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop, initiate, monitor, and enhance lead-generation campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to pinpoint the most significant optimization opportunities.
• Create campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budget, target audience, and funnel performance.
• Administer campaign structure, targeting, bidding, testing, and optimization.
• Compose or direct ad copy, campaign themes, and landing page suggestions.
• Guide designers or creative teams regarding necessary campaign materials.
• Utilize data to clarify what is effective, what requires enhancement, and what actions should be taken next.
• Assist in lead-generation strategies for both home services and B2B client accounts.
• Ensure precise tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and associated platforms.
• Track conversion performance, attribution, and funnel quality.
• Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and prospects for enhancing lead quality and conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance:
• Research
• Campaign planning
• Analysis
• Productivity
• Deliver clear performance updates, recommendations, and subsequent steps.
• Manage priorities across multiple accounts independently.
• Maintain professional communication with internal team members and, when necessary, clients.
• 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated experience managing lead-generation campaigns (not limited to eCommerce or awareness campaigns).
• Experience collaborating with service-based businesses, preferably in home services or B2B sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of:
• Paid media strategy
• Campaign structure
• Tracking and attribution
• Testing and optimization
• Good understanding of SEO, especially regarding:
• Landing pages
• Site structure
• AI search evolution
• Strong proficiency in:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Tracking and conversion setup
• CRM systems like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Outstanding English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Experience working remotely and autonomously.
