This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and take charge of the comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Outline full-funnel journeys: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention.
• Discover growth opportunities across all digital platforms.
• Create and enhance landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.
• Design email nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing flows.
• Implement CRM and automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Plan, initiate, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, conduct creative testing, and track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
• Create and oversee campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
• Segment audiences to enhance engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Supervise content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-performing content.
• Own the SEO roadmap, encompassing keyword research and content planning.
• Monitor and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously refine campaigns and funnels based on performance analytics.
• Over 5 years of experience in comprehensive digital marketing.
• Proven success in building funnels, managing paid ads, and scaling campaigns.
• Strong grasp of customer journeys, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred).
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Complete ownership of marketing strategy and execution.
