This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization and construction of effective lead funnels, such as quizzes, calculators, VSLs, or webinars, guiding leads from the initial opt-in through the education phase to the purchase.
• In close collaboration with the performance team, you will develop nurturing logics and ensure that ads, landing pages, and CRM sequences work together as a scalable system.
• You will identify successful formats and adapt them to new products and target audiences.
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): You will optimize every stage from opt-in to nurturing flows and checkout, working with clear hypotheses and rigorous A/B testing—we test to win, not just to play.
• You will provide strategic input for landing pages and ad creatives based on your funnel insights.
• Lifecycle and automations as a conversion layer: You will implement your strategies in Klaviyo or similar tools, working with behavioral triggers and clean segmentation.
• You will support product launches with a clear funnel logic focused on rapid cash flow and sustainable retention.
• Funnel and growth focus: Your experience has primarily revolved around funnel building, growth marketing, or D2C performance in conjunction with email-related topics, either directly or indirectly.
• Hands-on experience: You have independently built funnels and demonstrably improved conversion rates.
• Ecommerce DNA: You understand the psychology behind online purchases and know how to systematically build trust.
• Speed of execution: You work results-oriented and at a high pace—fast tempo is your standard.
• Email marketing: You have been involved in building or implementing email marketing campaigns; you don’t need to be a Klaviyo expert.
• Analytical and strategic: You quickly identify where potential is lost in the customer journey and where revenue remains untapped.
