This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to guarantee the smooth execution of impactful initiatives and consumer journeys from inception to launch, with a particular emphasis on the collaboration required between the client’s sales and marketing teams.

• Concentrate on the primary business KPIs for clients, designing and executing cross-channel programs that align with critical moments of need throughout the customer journey, utilizing insights derived from analytics and behavioral science.

• Work alongside client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies and create cross-channel programs and initiatives that enhance key performance indicators.

• Facilitate strategic meetings (both internally and externally) to ensure alignment with client goals and to confirm that programs cater to the distinct needs of the customer journey.

• Oversee the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and other essential infrastructure across accounts to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

• Develop custom multi-channel reports and implement reporting processes that capture critical insights, define account success, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and the impact of complex, consumer-centric marketing strategies.

• Ensure data hygiene and integrity standards are met, managing data and integrations between marketing and sales platforms (such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and establish standards where they do not currently exist.

• Engage in campaign planning to manage all project elements, including timelines/schedules, budget, progress/status reports, and messaging/copy when necessary.

• Identify customer segments for targeted marketing initiatives and design consumer loyalty and engagement programs that yield ROI-positive results.

• Recognize and mitigate risks, particularly regarding how CRM changes might affect reporting and other processes; assist the account manager in managing client expectations and ensuring alignment between requirements and deliverables.

• Develop service narratives to convey what we are building to support our client’s mission, the outcomes we provide to our customers, and the ongoing value that Logical Media Group can deliver to enhance client success.

• Support Account Management and the Director of Growth in creating compelling business cases for new engagement opportunities, securing buy-in from key clients and stakeholders.

• Clearly articulate business and functional requirements of CRM, employing strategic storytelling to align and inspire a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, though not mandatory. This includes competency in implementing, optimizing, and discussing workflows that are part of a customer experience journey, as well as list hygiene and lead scoring.

• An understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in customizing performance marketing channels to cater to unique customer journeys and/or Account Based Marketing requirements.

• Experience in pinpointing new marketing channels and target audiences while developing marketing strategies that engage, inform, and motivate innovation and the continuous optimization of client performance.

• Comfort in collaboration and presentation settings, both internally and with clients.

• A passion for creative problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and occasionally without clear direction. This role will involve creating and refining processes in real-time.

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B strategy experience, either in-house or at an agency, is preferred.
