Digital Marketing Manager, B2B Growth Marketing, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to ensure the smooth execution of high-impact initiatives and consumer journeys, from kickoff to launch, with a particular focus on the collaboration between client sales and marketing teams.

• Concentrate on the primary business KPIs for clients, devising and implementing cross-channel programs that align with critical moments of need throughout the customer journey, drawing on insights from analytics and behavioral science.

• Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies and create cross-channel programs and initiatives that enhance key performance indicators.

• Lead strategic meetings, both internally and externally, to align with client goals and guarantee that programs cater to the unique needs of customer journeys.

• Oversee the development of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and other related infrastructure across accounts to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

• Create custom multi-channel reports and establish reporting processes that capture essential insights, define account success, and highlight opportunities for ongoing improvements in the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of complex, consumer-centric marketing strategies.

• Maintain standards for data hygiene and data/list integrity, including managing data and integrations between marketing and sales platforms (such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and establish standards where none exist.

• Engage in campaign planning to develop and manage all project components, including timelines/schedules, budget, progress/status reports, and messaging/copy as needed.

• Identify customer segments for targeted marketing initiatives and design consumer loyalty and engagement programs to achieve ROI-positive results.

• Recognize and mitigate risks, particularly regarding how CRM changes may affect reporting and other processes; support the account manager in managing client expectations and ensuring alignment between client requirements and downstream deliverables.

• Develop service narratives that communicate our initiatives in support of the client's mission, the outcomes we deliver to customers, and the ongoing value Logical Media Group can provide to enhance client success.

• Assist Account Management and the Director of Growth in creating clear business cases for new engagement opportunities, securing buy-in from key clients and stakeholders.

• Articulate business and functional requirements of CRM, employing strategic storytelling to align and motivate a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, including but not limited to skills in implementing, optimizing, and discussing workflows created as part of a customer experience journey, list hygiene, and lead scoring.

• A solid understanding of the nuances and challenges involved in tailoring performance marketing channels to specific customer journeys and/or Account Based Marketing needs.

• Experience in identifying new marketing channels and target audiences, and formulating marketing strategies that engage, inform, and stimulate innovation and ongoing performance optimization for clients.

• Comfort in collaboration and presentation, both internally and in front of clients.

• A passion for creative problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and sometimes without clear direction, as this position involves creating and optimizing processes in real-time.

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B strategy experience, either in-house or at an agency, is preferred.
