Digital Marketing Manager, B2B Growth and Automation

📋 Description

The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will play a vital role in identifying and developing impactful strategies that deliver high value for our clients, collaborating with delivery and account management teams. This position will support CRM standards and program strategies through omni-channel collaboration, monitor the success of these initiatives, and consistently enhance and optimize service value for our clients. The primary focus of this role will be on the ideation and execution of B2B marketing and customer journey initiatives, contributing to the growth of this channel at Logical.


⛳️ Requirements

• Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional account teams to ensure the smooth execution of impactful initiatives and consumer journeys from initiation to launch, with particular attention to the collaboration needed between client sales and marketing teams.

• Concentrating on core business KPIs for clients, designing and implementing cross-channel programs that align with key moments in the customer’s journey, informed by insights from analytics and behavioral science.

• Partnering with client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies and develop cross-channel initiatives that enhance key performance indicators.

• Leading strategic meetings (both internally and externally) to align on client objectives and ensure that programs are tailored to meet unique customer journey needs.

• Overseeing the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and other related infrastructure across accounts to optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives.

• Building custom multi-channel reports and establishing reporting processes that capture critical insights, define account success, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of complex, consumer-centric marketing strategies.

• Maintaining data hygiene and data/list integrity standards, managing data and integrations between marketing and sales platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and creating standards where they do not currently exist.

• Participating in campaign planning to manage all project aspects, including timelines, budgets, progress/status reports, and messaging/copy when required.

• Identifying customer segments for targeted marketing programs and planning consumer loyalty and engagement initiatives to yield ROI-positive results.

• Recognizing and mitigating risks, particularly regarding how CRM changes may affect reporting and other processes; supporting the account manager in managing client expectations and ensuring alignment between client requirements and downstream deliverables.

• Crafting service narratives to articulate what we are developing in support of our client’s mission, the outcomes we generate for their customers, and the ongoing value Logical Media Group can offer to enhance client success.

• Assisting Account Management and the Director of Growth in creating compelling business cases for new engagement opportunities and securing buy-in from key clients and stakeholders.

• Articulating business and functional requirements of CRM, engaging in strategic storytelling to align and inspire a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, including but not limited to skills in implementing, optimizing, and discussing workflows as part of a customer experience journey, list hygiene, and lead scoring.

• An understanding of the nuances and challenges of customizing performance marketing channels to suit unique customer journeys and/or Account Based Marketing needs.

• Experience in identifying new marketing channels and target audiences, and creating marketing strategies that engage, inform, and drive innovation and ongoing optimization for clients.

• Comfort with collaboration and presentation, both internally and with clients.

• A passion for creative problem-solving, the ability to work independently, and sometimes without clear guidance. This role will involve creating and optimizing processes in real-time.

• A minimum of 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency is preferred.
