• Lead and oversee a small marketing team.

• Supervise SEO enhancements and content optimization efforts.

• Assess website performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Manage updates to the website, blogs, and landing pages.

• Oversee content creation and scheduling processes.

• Ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.

• Support the growth and engagement strategies for social media.

• Direct Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

• Assess campaign performance, reporting, and return on investment.

• Assist in increasing advertising efficiency and conversion rates.

• Monitor KPIs and overall marketing performance.

• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing teams within a marketing context.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

• Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset.

• Confident in making decisions and taking responsibility for outcomes.

• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
