This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee, respond to, and moderate comments and direct messages across all social media platforms on a daily basis.
• Uphold the brand's voice and tone in all interactions with the community.
• Appropriately escalate issues and handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Strategize and publish weekly content for organic social media channels.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to craft engaging posts.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide reports on community health.
• Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) campaigns across various accounts.
• Plan, execute, and refine campaigns to maximize return on investment and achieve performance targets.
• Track daily spending, pacing, and performance, making real-time adjustments as necessary.
• Identify and reach out to creators and influencers for user-generated content and sponsored posts.
• Brief and coordinate with creators to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
• Analyze performance data and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new advertising formats.
• Lead and implement the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Monitor organic rankings and search performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for both search visibility and conversion rates.
• Audit and enhance the purchase flow, identifying friction points and testing solutions.
• Conduct A/B tests and conversion rate experiments by applying best practices in conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to execute website improvements.
• Generate monthly reports on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position with practical exposure to paid media, SEO, and organic social strategies.
• Demonstrated success in managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns at scale.
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing tools.
• Confident communicator capable of authentically representing the brand in community interactions.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams.

• Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Familiarity with Elementor or comparable CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website edits.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with content creators or influencers is advantageous.
