This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and ABM channels to achieve demand and pipeline objectives.

• Create and execute segmentation strategies, including account-based marketing initiatives (e.g., 6sense or similar tools).

• Oversee daily campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Display (e.g. 6Sense).

• Plan, forecast, and manage budget distribution and pacing to ensure optimal spending.

• Inform decisions on channel mix and formulate paid media strategies to enhance pipeline and ROI.

• Experiment with and assess new channels, formats, and tactics to boost efficiency and outcomes.

• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Product Marketing, Creative, SEO/Web, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment of paid media with campaign goals.

• Manage relationships with industry publications and media partners, overseeing sponsorship strategy, negotiating placements, and reporting on performance.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and optimization suggestions.

• Establish and maintain precise conversion tracking and attribution across paid platforms (LinkedIn, Google, 6sense) in collaboration with Marketing Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, paid media, or demand generation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one additional paid platform (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic).

• Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense (or similar).

• Experience in managing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data and dashboards.

• Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to juggle learning strategies with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
