This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assume responsibility for creating and implementing marketing strategies that meet the client's goals, which includes planning annual budgets, preparing comprehensive breakdowns, and presenting to stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and Microsoft Bing.
• Strategically plan, implement, and oversee multiple advertising campaigns concurrently, ensuring alignment with client objectives and achieving or surpassing target ROI/ROAS for paid initiatives.
• Analyze analytics to uncover opportunities and apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies (e.g., A/B testing).
• Develop and manage retention strategies using email marketing campaigns, including automation and autoresponder sequences.
• Craft persuasive ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals for paid campaigns.
• Take complete ownership of tracking and reporting processes, ensuring ad quality control and delivering actionable insights. Collaborate with clients to ensure tracking systems are properly implemented and functioning.
• Oversee budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal expenditure and ROI.
• Supervise the junior digital specialist in daily campaign execution tasks.
• Work with internal teams to ensure paid strategies are in sync with content marketing, SEO, and CRO efforts.
• Stay informed about AI advancements to enhance workflow.
• Proactively identify new initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
• Educate clients on effective paid marketing strategies and performance outcomes.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid marketing with a proven history of successful campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and various analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in generating performance reports that provide actionable insights.
• Capable of planning and executing campaigns across diverse channels, including search, display, and social media.
• Experience in budget management for paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively report to the Digital Director and collaborate with internal teams.
• Familiarity with project management software and time management techniques.
• Background in an agency setting, with the ability to confidently manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail.
• Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; capable of taking initiative, making confident decisions, and managing campaigns from execution to performance outcomes without constant supervision.
• Passionate about digital marketing, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends, tools, AI innovations, and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize and enhance campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar qualifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with advertising on Reddit, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Background in Email Marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO practices.
