This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership and lead digital performance across various brands and websites in the EMEIA region, utilizing data and insights to prioritize actions and enhancements.
• Implement and continually refine SEA and SEO initiatives in accordance with centralized PPC and SEO guidelines to enhance qualified traffic, visibility, and business outcomes.
• Oversee and optimize websites via the company CMS, ensuring robust performance, usability, discoverability, and adherence to technical SEO standards.
• Enhance website structure, navigation, and information architecture based on product categories, solutions, and customer journeys.
• Detect content deficiencies and collaborate with content, product marketing, and regional teams to guarantee that necessary content is produced, localized, and published.
• Advance AI visibility and future-ready content frameworks, ensuring websites stay discoverable amid evolving search and AI-driven experiences.
• Initiate and optimize e-commerce performance in alignment with business and revenue goals across EMEIA markets.
• Spearhead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts throughout the entire funnel, from traffic acquisition to lead generation, checkout, and conversion.
• Leverage analytics, dashboards, and experimentation (e.g., funnel analysis, A/B testing) to pinpoint friction points and scale successful experiences.
• Ensure high-quality localization and translations, consistently applying SEO best practices and market relevance across various regions.
• Lead or assist in website launches, migrations, and significant updates, ensuring that SEO, performance, and governance standards are upheld.
• Monitor performance post-launch and drive cycles of continuous optimization and improvement.
• Align and support social media initiatives to maintain consistency across digital channels (nice to have).
• Collaborate closely with central PPC/SEO teams and regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with global standards and tools.
• Work cross-functionally with peers in demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team, providing clear guidance, performance management, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, with significant hands-on experience in SEA and SEO.
• Strong analytical capabilities, able to interpret performance data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable optimization strategies.
• Substantial experience working with CMS platforms and website optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to identify content gaps and drive the creation and publication of content at scale.
• Experience in launching and optimizing websites in a regional or multi-country setting.
• Profound understanding of localization, translations, and regional digital nuances.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, international organizations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies is advantageous.
