Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with mental health professionals, clinicians, and relevant organizations within the NYC area to foster referral opportunities.

• Conduct lead mining, data enrichment, and marketing outreach initiatives.

• Utilize LinkedIn for marketing efforts.

• Manage Email & Autoresponder: Build lists, create and oversee automated messaging workflows, tag leads, segment lists, perform A/B testing, and monitor deliverability.

• Implement Paid Meta Advertising strategies: Develop audiences, manage budgets and bids, retargeting, analyze creative performance, and evaluate ROI.

• Collaborate on strategy with the Content Manager and web development team to integrate advertising channels and autoresponders.

• Track UTM, GTM, and GA4 metrics across all organic, paid, email, and referral interactions.

• Provide performance reports and facilitate communication.

• Create and oversee marketing funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).

• Suggest AI strategies, resources, and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in the wellness, mental health, and coaching sectors.

• Proficient in leveraging AI tools and resources to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Proven track record of driving engagement on social media platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to generate direct response actions (such as sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, and referrals).

• Comfortable discussing subjects related to mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking ownership, strategizing, and being accountable for all projects and tasks.
