Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

• Oversee and enhance campaigns across various paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.

• Direct SEO and SEM efforts to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.

• Manage email marketing initiatives and marketing automation to improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Strategize and coordinate content marketing activities, including partnerships with content creators and designers.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and deliver actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.

• Administer digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.

• Guide, mentor, and support a digital marketing team to achieve performance goals.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to foster innovation and sustain a competitive edge.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.

• Robust knowledge of digital marketing channels such as paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Proficient in digital marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.

• Proven experience in effectively managing budgets, campaigns, and teams.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Capacity to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on analytics.

• Previous experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
