This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee various client advertising accounts on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strategize, initiate, monitor, and enhance lead-generation campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and pinpoint the most impactful optimization areas.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budget, target audience, and funnel performance.
• Supervise campaign organization, targeting, bidding, testing, and optimization efforts.
• Create or guide the development of ad copy, campaign narratives, and landing page suggestions.
• Provide briefings to designers or creative teams on necessary campaign materials.
• Utilize data to clarify what is effective, what requires enhancement, and the next steps to take.
• Assist in formulating lead-generation strategies for both home services and B2B client accounts.
• Ensure precise tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and associated platforms.
• Track conversion performance, attribution, and funnel integrity.
• Aid in reporting, dashboard creation, and campaign evaluation.
• Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and avenues to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance:
• Research
• Campaign planning
• Analysis
• Productivity
• Deliver clear performance updates, suggestions, and subsequent actions.
• Independently manage priorities across multiple accounts.
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and, when necessary, clients.
• 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Robust hands-on expertise with Google Ads.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated experience managing lead-generation campaigns (beyond just eCommerce or awareness initiatives).
• Experience with service-oriented businesses, ideally in home services or B2B sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of: Paid media strategy, Campaign organization, Tracking and attribution, Testing and optimization.
• Good grasp of SEO, especially regarding: Landing pages, Site structure, AI search trends.
• In-depth knowledge of: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Tracking and conversion setup, CRM systems like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience working remotely and autonomously.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts at once with minimal supervision.
