This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and enhance account-based paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Manage regional digital budget distribution, ensuring efficient expenditure.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns.
• Plan, implement, and refine content syndication campaigns.
• Enhance regional landing pages, website experiences, and localized content.
• Collaborate with global performance and content teams to create effective campaign strategies.
• Design and oversee account-based nurture programs utilizing marketing automation tools.
• Coordinate closely with sales engagement strategies across various regions.
• Establish and monitor key metrics for ABM and B2B performance.
• Serve as the primary digital marketing contact for the region.
• 5–8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing regional or multi-market digital strategies.
• Strong practical expertise in paid media, specifically LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools, including Salesforce and Power BI.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense.
• Data-driven approach with robust analytical and optimization capabilities.
• English: professional working proficiency.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
