This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a detailed Amazon marketing strategy that includes advertising campaigns, product launches, promotions, and content enhancement.

• Direct a comprehensive multi-channel marketing approach that integrates PPC, social media, remarketing, and paid search to boost revenue across e-commerce platforms.

• Manage and fine-tune the marketing budget exceeding $6 million, concentrating on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and enhancing revenue streams.

• Spearhead product advertising campaigns, which involve creating and managing advertising product details, establishing categories, setting pricing, and aligning campaigns with business objectives.

• Leverage insights from Amazon Ads, Teikametrics, Helium 10, and other performance tools to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance campaign performance.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure product images and content are optimized for conversion and enhance customer experience.

• Deliver regular reports and insights on campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention rates, and market trends.

• Identify underperforming segments and develop targeted strategies to enhance sales and increase overall market share.

• Lead a cross-functional team, providing strategic direction to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and Amazon marketing (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads).

• Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing programs, including PPC, paid search, social media, and remarketing ads.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling e-commerce brands, with experience in overseeing a substantial marketing budget.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights, with expertise in tools such as Amazon Campaign Manager.

• Background in using bidding tools for Amazon, including Teikametrics, Quartile, and/or Manual.

• Experience in managing product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring the accuracy of product data on Amazon.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
