This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
⢠Take ownership of the complete marketing campaign processāincluding strategy, creative requests, execution, measurement, and iterationāto drive high-quality discovery calls for the Sales team.
⢠Manage a small team of two, liaise with the Design team to create social media, video, reels, and landing page assets, while ensuring comprehensive attribution and reporting through our internal platform.
⢠Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns encompassing LinkedIn outreach and ads, email funnels and nurture sequences, landing pages, and partnerships.
⢠Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), offers, messaging maps, and formulate experimental/test hypotheses.
⢠Initiate and supervise LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automation processes.
⢠Keep organized records of UTMs, campaign taxonomy, and tracking systems.
⢠Guarantee a smooth lead transition into our proprietary application/CRM.
⢠Lead creative briefs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the Design team for social media posts, reels, carousels, and landing page components.
⢠Evaluate assets to ensure alignment with message-market fit, brand consistency, and compliance standards.
⢠Maintain our brand pillars, style guidelines, and voice.
⢠Develop campaign proposals that include goals, target audience, offers, creative briefs, and budget considerations.
⢠Generate regular performance reports that provide insights and recommendations for next steps.
⢠Conduct A/B testing on hooks, offers, landing pages, and sequences.
⢠Document learnings and create playbooks for ongoing improvement.
⢠Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Client Success to ensure seamless handoffs, data integrity, and effective feedback loops.
⢠Communicate wins, challenges, and insights effectively.
⢠A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or performance marketing roles.
⢠Direct experience in managing LinkedIn outreach, email funnels, landing pages, and automation tools like GoHighLevel or similar.
⢠Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns and attribution efforts.
⢠Strong abilities in brief-writing, creative asset review, and campaign management processes.
⢠Analytical mindset with a comfort level in handling data, dashboards, and UTM tracking.
⢠Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
⢠Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Nice to have: Experience in fintech/payments or SaaS, and familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing practices.
⢠Depth in landing-page experimentation and funnel analytics.
