This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the strategic architect for a comprehensive paid media and global social media strategy, which includes paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and organic social across all key platforms.
• Mentor and guide the paid media and social specialists while operationalizing the strategy for global campaigns and product launches, ensuring smooth and effective integration across channels and markets.
• Oversee budgets and expenditures related to paid media and social media, ensuring optimal resource allocation across platforms, campaigns, and global markets.
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and in-market leaders to ensure that paid media and social media initiatives align with local business priorities, audience specifics, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and report the performance of all paid media and social media channels to key stakeholders, including senior and market leadership.
• Manage relationships and performance with external agencies, ensuring they meet key objectives.
• Serve as a vital resource for market leaders, offering strategic guidance and ensuring that paid media and social strategies are tailored to meet local market needs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in paid media and social media.
• A proven history of developing and executing effective paid media and social media strategies on a global or multi-market scale.
• Strong knowledge of paid media channels (including paid search, paid social, programmatic display) and major social media platforms, with expertise in content strategy, community management, and best practices specific to each platform.
• Direct, hands-on experience in growing and managing corporate social media accounts, preferably within a highly regulated industry (such as medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or financial services).
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in managing large budgets and collaborating with external agencies.
