This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, emphasizing retention, growth, and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Act as the main strategic contact for clients, confidently discussing Paid Media and SEO performance, recommendations, and their business impact.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, converting campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal Paid Ads and SEO teams to ensure alignment of strategies with client objectives and KPIs.
• Comprehend and interpret performance metrics across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO performance, and organic growth indicators.
• Evaluate campaign performance, ROAS, lead quality, conversion metrics, and traffic trends to offer strategic recommendations.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to revenue growth targets through strategic account development.
• Oversee workflows, reporting schedules, and campaign deliverables across multiple accounts.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or growth-oriented roles within a marketing agency or SaaS setting.
• Strong understanding of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign performance metrics, SEO strategy, and organic performance reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to independently lead discussions regarding campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with a knack for transforming marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, complemented by direct client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL), ClickUp, CRM systems, and marketing reporting tools.
• Highly organized with robust project and stakeholder management capabilities.
