Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• You will lead and oversee our digital marketing strategy, which has enhanced our brand visibility, increased revenue, and introduced new products while expanding Quality Garden Supplies across Australia.

• You will provide consistent reports across all channels and offer insights on the marketing budget based on performance metrics.

• You will create and manage our paid advertisements on Meta and Google.

• You will compose high-converting copy for advertisements and videos.

• You will design and oversee eDM campaigns aligned with sales objectives.

• You will coordinate and execute the production of photography and video shoots for content management.

• You will collaborate with various departments to support sales and revenue goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Digital Marketing role, preferably within the e-Commerce sector.

• Proven experience in design, video, and photography skills.

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, WordPress, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest is a distinct advantage.

• Demonstrated skills in content creation.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with team members and clients to connect, inspire, and educate.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team; experience in a small business environment is preferred.

• Over 2 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager.

• More than 1 year of experience in marketing.
