This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Plan, publish, and oversee social media content according to the established content calendar.
• Facilitate daily community interaction by promptly responding to comments and messages in a manner consistent with the brand.
• Prepare and manage social media assets, including resizing, captioning, tagging, and formatting.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated on platform changes and new features, reporting potential opportunities to management.
• Implement updates to the website, including copy, images, landing pages, and campaign pages.
• Carry out on-page SEO and GEO tasks, such as metadata, headings, alt text, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Conduct routine site health assessments (broken links, speed, UX issues) and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in the publication of blogs, itineraries, and editorial content.
• Collaborate with external developers, SEO specialists, and freelancers.
• Construct, test, and schedule email campaigns according to the marketing strategy.
• Oversee segmentation, subscriber lists, and basic automation processes.
• Track email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide insights.
• Ensure all emails align with the brand, are proofed, and comply with privacy and spam regulations.
• Craft short-form copy for social media, advertisements, EDMs, and website updates.
• Create basic visual content utilizing approved templates and tools (e.g., Canva).
• Utilize approved AI tools to aid in content creation, ensuring all outputs are reviewed for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Maintain well-organized digital asset libraries.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports across all digital platforms.
• Keep dashboards and reporting templates consistent.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights beyond mere metrics.
• Assist in quarterly and annual performance evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to implement priorities.
• Manage workload efficiently and communicate any risks or delays promptly.
• Ensure all outputs are brand-consistent, accurate, and proofed.
• Maintain records of work, assets, and system access.
• Participate in meetings and provide support for cross-functional marketing needs as necessary.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, SEO, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
• Experience with website CMS updates and basic SEO/GEO implementation.
• Background in email marketing (EDMs, segmentation, automation, reporting).
• Excellent copywriting abilities across various digital channels.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for content and marketing assistance.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
