Digital Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to deliver a clear and smooth experience for clients across all facets of the Client Experience.

• Conduct audits on digital accounts to identify anomalies, ensuring best practices are utilized, comparing performance to benchmarks, and executing basic optimizations to drive customer success.

• Perform analyses to emphasize areas for performance enhancement.

• Assist with ongoing monthly tasks for all accounts, including mid-month performance tracking, Facebook adjustments, and video campaign modifications.

• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams regarding account status and current deliverables in progress.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Understand clients' markets, objectives, and methods to monitor progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Acquire and uphold a solid understanding of the automotive industry, the company's culture, products/services, and strategic communication planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) preferred.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.

• Experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Eagerness to learn.

• Must possess strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a proven capacity to write, listen, and communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Proven ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.

• Ability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

• Ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure.
