Digital Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of founder-clients and manage their ongoing digital marketing project requests.

• Assist clients in understanding available services and help them determine the most suitable solutions for their business requirements.

• Collect, clarify, and refine project briefs before commencing work.

• Convert client specifications into actionable directives for production teams.

• Coordinate project workflow across websites, sales funnels, social media content, graphic design, online courses, and other deliverables.

• Track project progress, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction levels.

• Proactively identify obstacles and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.

• Confidently manage scope, expectations, and delivery discussions.

• Review deliverables prior to client distribution to ensure they meet project requirements.

• Contribute to enhancing systems, processes, and delivery standards as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Client Success, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong working knowledge of websites, sales funnels, social media content, graphic design, online courses, and other digital marketing outputs.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, campaigns, or client accounts concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Experience collaborating with international clients is highly valued.

• Comfortable working remotely with teams distributed globally.
