Digital Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Google Ads, and other pertinent platforms to generate qualified leads for various industry sectors.

• Develop and enhance landing pages customized for specific industries, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and target audiences.

• Supervise comprehensive marketing funnels from ad creative to lead capture, ensuring consistency across all interactions.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to leadership regarding spending efficiency and lead quality.

• Modify and implement campaigns for multiple brands and industry sectors as required, upholding performance standards and messaging consistency across each entity.

• Investigate and experiment with emerging advertising platforms and channels to uncover additional lead generation opportunities beyond the current paid media strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of practical digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on paid media and performance marketing.

• Proven experience in managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Facebook; familiarity with other advertising platforms is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of landing page design and marketing funnel logic, with the capability to execute and optimize at each stage to enhance lead conversion.

• Proficient in interpreting campaign data, spotting trends, and reporting performance to leadership clearly and consistently.

• Prior experience in a lead generation, performance marketing, or multi-vertical setting is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; capable of working independently while adhering to a defined strategic direction.
