Digital Manager – GEN AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Merging data science initiatives with business-relevant elements to extract insights from data.

• Developing innovative solutions by utilizing AI-based techniques to address business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in the field of Data Science.

• Transform business challenges into analytical problems and formulate a solution strategy.

• Cleanse, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable business insights.

• Take ownership of the AI/ML implementation process, including Model Design, Feature Planning, Testing, Production Setup, Monitoring, and Release Management.

• Must possess a strong background in Python and have experience deploying open-source models.

• Experience with data extraction techniques from complex PDF/Word documents and forms.

• Excellent academic credentials, including at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operational Research, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on modern data architectures, processes, and environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python with exceptional coding abilities.

• A minimum of 6 years of core data science experience in one or more of the following areas: Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Time Series Forecasting, and Clustering).

• Familiarity with and utilization of Large Language Models such as OpenAI models (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4), function calling, and frameworks like LangChain, Llama Index, and agents.

• Solid understanding of open-source LLM frameworks like Mistral and Llama, including fine-tuning on custom datasets.

• Experience in Deep Learning (DNN, RNN, LSTM, Encoder-Decoder Models).

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques, including Text Summarization, Aspect Mining, Question Answering, Text Classification, NER, Language Translation, NLG, and Sentiment Analysis.

• Experience in Computer Vision tasks such as Image Classification, Object Detection, and Tracking.

• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and their manipulation components.

• Practical knowledge of API Deployment (Flask/FastAPI/Azure Function Apps) and web application creation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
