Digital Learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance cutting-edge eLearning formats as part of the Skilled Learning Factory (SeLF) team at WBS GRUPPE.

• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials.

• Enhance the user experience of eLearning products.

• Conduct instructional design for digital, scalable learning experiences.

• Generate content utilizing AI tools for text, audio, images, and video.

• Incorporate AI tools throughout the instructional design process.

• Develop and update learning materials using authoring tools.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs).

• Assist the team in the management of the Learning Management System (LMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed qualification (degree or vocational training) in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development.

• Proficiency in using AI tools for instructional design and content creation.

• Familiarity with authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Area9.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

• Background in designing digital learning experiences.

• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles.

• Proven experience collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs).

• Skills in copywriting and storytelling.

• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Submission of work samples from Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development is required during the selection process.

• Keen interest in emerging trends in eLearning.

• Experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, as well as familiarity with image and video editing software and project management, is advantageous.
