This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• The Digital Health Solutions Sales Executive (DHSE) is responsible for driving business and revenue growth within the assigned region or country through independent hunting, prospecting, territory development, digital-first consulting, and pipeline creation.
• Secure new business within designated districts where there is no existing Diagnostics and/or AlinIQ presence.
• Engage in cold outreach, market mapping, and territorial penetration, while creating a self-sourced pipeline.
• Establish and meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets and manage sales budgets effectively.
• Emphasize discussions with C-Suite executives regarding value drivers such as population and community health, mergers and acquisitions, remote patient monitoring, and risk stratification for businesses and patients.
• Identify new growth opportunities by concentrating on comprehensive healthcare improvements as the primary value driver for both in-lab and external digital health solution sales and reagent sales.
• A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's degree accompanied by 4 years of sales experience; preference is given to candidates with a background in healthcare/medical, life sciences, IT, or medical technology.
• A minimum of 4 years in sales roles.
• Experience in leading and executing contract negotiations that range from simple to complex (involving multiple stakeholders and spanning several years).
• Proven track record of success in hunter roles.
• Experience in opening new territories.
• Strong discipline in cold outreach and prospecting.
• Background in SaaS/Digital Health acquisition.
• Demonstrated capability to align and integrate various business teams and functions to ensure collaborative results.
• Prior exposure to IT technology within the healthcare environment.
• Ability to articulate customer value propositions at all institutional levels (e.g., C-Suite) regarding digital value (e.g., labor savings, clinical improvement), leading to successful business closures.
