This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Manage senior-level relationships across a portfolio of key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on growth strategies, digital transformation, customer experience, data/MarTech, and market optimization.
• Analyze and design solutions: align enterprise objectives with customer journeys, omnichannel content, accessibility/compliance, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Perform market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify business challenges, recognize growth opportunities, and formulate actionable strategic recommendations.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance Primacy’s vertical practices and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Business Development teams to create strategic recommendations, and assume leadership roles in presales engagements.
• Establish excellence standards for industry portfolios (quality, content throughput, client satisfaction) and facilitate reviews/retrospectives.
• Systematize and expand knowledge: develop playbooks (e.g., college, bank, manufacturing, provider experience, payer member journeys, biopharma HCP engagement, annuities, insurance), case studies, and enablement resources.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, shifts in customer behavior, and digital innovation opportunities to continually refine client recommendations and enhance agency capabilities.
• Promote Primacy externally through participation in industry events, speaking engagements, roundtables, published materials, and strategic partnerships.
• Over 10 years of experience in digital strategy, management consulting, customer experience, growth strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in at least one of our four verticals is essential: Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry market forces, customer journeys, and the digital ecosystem (such as AI, Healthcare tech stacks like Epic, CMS, CRM, Salesforce, analytics, personalization, accessibility, HIPAA/security considerations, Financial and Healthcare regulatory practices).
• Proven history of acquiring and expanding accounts, developing proposals, establishing clear KPIs, and delivering ROI.
• Published thought leadership and regular speaking engagements in healthcare, higher education, financial services, and/or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to foster productive relationships with VP/SVP/C-suite leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: capability to develop (POVs, frameworks, tools) and lead cross-functional teams to achieve timely execution.
• Exceptional communication skills: a compelling storyteller with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Preference for familiarity with AI, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) is preferred.
