This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Address Customer Inquiries: Monitor, respond to, and follow up on customer inquiries, messages, comments, and reviews across social media channels, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly interactions.
• Provide assistance through text, email, and messages, while accurately documenting customer information in our system to guarantee seamless service.
• Problem Solving: Tackle customer issues, resolve concerns, and deliver clear, precise information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers by participating in discussions, sharing relevant content, and nurturing positive relationships within our online community.
• Brand Advocacy: Uphold a consistent brand voice and tone in all communications, ensuring that the company’s values and mission are represented in every response.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance products, services, and the overall customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the contact center team to escalate issues, share customer insights, and align on messaging.
• You must reside in: California, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Washington.
• Excel in a remote work environment, appreciating the flexibility of working entirely from home.
• Maintain a dedicated and quiet workspace at home that facilitates focused, uninterrupted work.
• Ensure a reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless communication and productivity.
• Be passionate about furthering your career.
• Have an interest in AI and its application to enhance your job skills (training on these tools will be provided).
• Be punctual and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines and work expectations.
• Be comfortable learning and using various software platforms, including Salesforce, Five9, and Hatch (training will be provided if necessary).
• Availability to work on weekends is required.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exhibit high attention to detail in data entry and customer interactions.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer for extended periods is necessary.
