This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and support a creative team through weekly meetings, one-on-ones, and daily check-ins.
• Assign creative tasks based on team capacity and project priorities.
• Monitor workload and performance through Asana and other internal tools.
• Review and offer feedback on creative outputs and monthly deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating and managing the successful completion of over 1,000 creative assignments each month.
• Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a variety of advertising projects based on client specifications.
• Design eye-catching banner and video ads utilizing specific design software and tools.
• Ensure visual materials comply with brand guidelines and uphold a consistent brand identity.
• Edit and retouch images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the Director to evaluate bandwidth and hiring requirements.
• Engage in the recruitment process by reviewing creative tests and conducting interviews as necessary.
• Contribute to internal projects and take ownership of key initiatives for the team.
• Maintain regular communication with Client Success and Campaign teams to guarantee smooth project execution and prompt approvals.
• Foster a supportive, high-performing team culture through coaching and development of team members.
• Complete up to 60 creative assignments each month.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative discipline.
• One to two years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design skills is required; experience with animated banners or video projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong project management abilities, including delegation, prioritization, and tracking via tools like Asana.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and performance support.
• Proficiency in graphic design or animation software and tools such as Canva, TheBrief, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing applications.
• Expertise in creating and editing videos using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable video editing tools.
• Experience in copywriting and proofreading to ensure headline and script writing is free of grammatical errors, features clear sentence structure, and is suitable for video voiceovers.
• Ability to evaluate and critique creative work for quality, brand alignment, and messaging clarity.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly Client Success and Campaign teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both creative output and team operations.
