This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead and provide support to a creative pod through weekly meetings, one-on-ones, and daily check-ins.
• Assign creative tasks according to team capacity and project priorities.
• Monitor workload and performance using Asana and other internal tools.
• Evaluate and give feedback on creative work and monthly deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating and managing the successful execution of over 1,000 creative assignments each month.
• Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for various advertising projects based on client requests.
• Design captivating banner and video advertisements utilizing specific design software and tools.
• Ensure visual materials are in line with brand guidelines and uphold a consistent brand identity.
• Edit and retouch images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the Director to evaluate bandwidth and staffing requirements.
• Engage in the hiring process by reviewing creative tests and conducting interviews as necessary.
• Contribute to internal projects and take ownership of key initiatives for the team.
• Maintain regular communication with Client Success and Campaign teams to ensure seamless project execution and prompt approvals.
• Foster a supportive, high-performing team culture by coaching and developing team members.
• Complete up to 60 creative assignments monthly.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills is essential; experience with animated banners or video projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong project management abilities, including delegation, prioritization, and tracking using tools like Asana.
• Proven capability to mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and performance support.
• Familiarity with graphic design or animation software and tools such as Canva, TheBrief, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
• Proficient in creating and editing videos using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable video editing tools.
• Experience in copywriting and proofreading to handle headline and script writing with no grammatical errors, clear sentence structure, and proper pronunciation for video voiceovers.
• Ability to review and critique creative work for quality, brand alignment, and messaging clarity.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Client Success and Campaign teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both creative output and team operations.
