Digital Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct primary and secondary user research.

• Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative research.

• Execute market and ethnographic research.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess research topics.

• Engage in sketching and prototyping alongside UX/UI and Engineering teams.

• Develop and implement user research strategies and methodologies.

• Present research findings to diverse audiences through both written and verbal communication.

• Conduct usability studies with both internal and external users.

• Formulate questions, gather, and analyze data.

• Utilize a wide array of UX research tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research.

• Capacity to communicate research results promptly and effectively.

• Proficiency in performing research-related tasks, encompassing research, planning, evaluation, and iteration.

• Ability to generate specific, answerable, and practical questions.

• Competence in collaborating effectively with stakeholders and serving as a strategic partner in product decisions.

• Experience with remote testing tools.

• Familiarity with Figma and other prototyping and design tools.

• Strong inclination for creative problem-solving coupled with a positive attitude.

• Excellent time-management and self-management skills.

• Experience with B2B SaaS products.

• Flexibility to occasionally travel to London, Spain, and France.
