📋 Description

• Management of Salesforce implementation projects

• Facilitation of discovery workshops and business requirements analysis

• Conversion of requirements into user stories and functional/technical specifications

• Providing post-implementation support and trend analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce

• Knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Oracle), and Eloqua

• Skills in business analysis, problem-solving, debugging, and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects

• Ongoing post-implementation support, case trend analysis, and process improvement

• Development of KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics

• Effective communication between business and IT teams

• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations
